The minimum age to play is 10 years old. Participants under the age of 16 must be joined by at least one participating adult, who will be responsible for juniors at all times.
Please be aware that Cipher Escape Rooms is not suitable for infants and young children; we cannot host spectators in venue.
We recommend allowing a total of 1.5 hours for your escape rooms experience. You should arrive 15 minutes prior to your booking time, up to 60 Minutes to escape the room, and an additional 15 minutes for a post-game debrief.
No. You can leave the room at any point, and are continuously monitored by your games-master.
However, do remember that if you do leave the room at any point, the clock won’t stop for you!
Yes and yes. We’re located next to Formula Fast Karting, and share use of the Bond Estate car park.
Once inside Bond Estate, follow the signs and once parked, head up the steps to the kart circuit. You’ll see the Cipher building right in front of the entrance to Formula Fast.
Yes! Hut 17 is wheelchair accessible and we’re working on making it adaptable for those with audio or visual impairments. Please enquire before booking if you have any participants with additional needs.
We have a minimum of 2 players per room and a maximum of 6.
There are advantages and disadvantages to going for either the maximum or minimum numbers…so if you’re unsure, 4 players per room is often a good number.
Rooms may be limited in capacity at certain times, without notice.
Yes! We offer a range of snacks and drinks in venue. Our partners next door at Formula Fast also offer a range of hot food.
Our Milton Keynes escape rooms are accessible to all. We can provide additional seating in the room if required. However, please be aware there may be some physical challenges in the rooms and we strongly advise you do not play Operation Poseidon.
